I spent a lot of time looking for an auto-retracting 3/8" diameter 100' length hose reel, and found this one to be the best for the money.So far it has not let me down.It's very heavy (~70 lbs), but easy to mount to a wall with 1/2" lag bolts.Quality seems as expected - no complaints.Hose is very flexible and easily retracts all the way.I looked at the levelwind technology reels and after using this reel I feel that the levelwind reel is not necessary.I have not had any problems just letting this reel retract.Note that the hose had a yellow residue on it, so you'll probably want to wipe it down before dragging it through the house.Mine is now clean after running it through my hands a couple times, but the first time my hands were yellow.Click Here to see more reviews about: Neiko Commercial-Quality 100-Ft Auto-Rewind Air Hose Reel with 3/8 Inch Rubber Hose
