This reel arrived with corners of carton damaged; hardware was not packedge well & was loose, and hardware was missing; I used my own nuts/screws,etc. You can find a much better one at Lowes for less money & instructions for assembly are better;yoy can find eeven larger & better one at Sam Club for less money.
