For the price it is the best buy out there. Some have had a problem with assembly, but if you take time reviewing the instructions with the parts layed out the instructions are sufficient. Took about an hour to assemble. I am considering purchasing a second reel for the other side of the house. The handle problem that some buyers had appears to been corrected at the factory by them pre-bending the handle so it does not rub against the reel support.
