but that doesn't mean it doesn't have problems. It has a *really* loud squeal when you unwind or rewind hose. Because the pivot has no lock, it wants to flop around when you're winding. And there's no hose guide, so if your hose isn't lined up with reel when you're rewinding, it's not gonna want to wind onto reel.
